Kendra Tindall, a native Coloradoan and the youngest of 12 children, is the President of Triad Capital Ventures. She began working in real estate development at age 18 and has built her career on a commitment to stellar customer service and professionalism in every project. She has been responsible for managing over 150 home remodeling and multiple commercial construction projects.


She creating her concept for Triad Capital for the past 10 years while previously working as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for both Monterey Capital and Gold Coast Design. Kendra is blazing a trail in a male-dominated profession with characteristic passion and panache, one project and one client at a time. She works closely with everyone involved in the project at all times and more often than not, client’s see her “in the trenches” with her construction workers, electricians, and plumbers rather than sitting behind a desk.


She puts a premium on integrity, quality workmanship, timely completion of projects and the ability to collaborate with vendors ranging from architects and engineers to municipalities. My clients want the job done right the first time — creatively, on-budget and with minimum inconvenience to their busy lives.
